Founded in 2010, our Austin, Texas-based company, led by an 9-member Executive Team, specializes in managing and operating fully integrated workforce systems across 96 counties in Texas, Florida, and Nevada. With more than 1000 team members, we operate 86 American Job Centers and 3 Mobile American Job Centers on behalf of 13 Partners. Our lean, agile, and responsive Executive Team is embedded in the Career Centers, providing continuous leadership, coaching, and support. Since our inception, we've earned 67 State Performance Awards and 4 National Association of Workforce Boards (NAWB) awards, reflecting our proven track record. Our goal is to collaborate with a select group of like-minded Board partners to deliver exceptional workforce solutions.
