Staff Development Retreat
Brevard WDA hosted a Staff Development Retreat on March 22 for all Brevard employees. Brad Hunt of the Why Group facilitated the session providing detailed information on work profile assessments that all employees had the opportunity to complete ahead of time.
Team members had the chance to connect and share learning in small and large group activities grouped by natural work teams. This environment enabled coworkers to explore more about each other and better understand how to communicate and engage fellow team members.
